Souq quality team reviews all new listings and offers to check content integrity and match it with souq.com policies and guidelines.


Our SLA for new itemsĀ to be accepted or rejected is up to 48 hours from listing and/or resubmit time. Listings batches that doesn't meet minimum standards loses SLA privileges and moderation priority.

Our SLA for new offers on existing accepted Catalog items is 24 hours from listing and/or resubmit time, we advise sellers to look in the catalog before going through with creation of a new product, that will save their content efforts and time to go live.
